Full Job Description

Close the investigation. Then close the resolution on the same client.

If you already sell tax relief, you know how most floors work. You close the investigation, hand the client off, and someone else gets paid when the resolution sells.

Not here. You own both conversations and you are paid on both. Our in-house case managers handle the resolution work, so you stay on the phone.

Compensation

· Commission: Tiered, 5%–15%, based on your production

· Average rep: $8,000–$18,000 per month

· Top producers: $19,000–$40,000+ per month

· Base: $16.90/hour

· Bonuses: Daily and monthly cash bonuses and spiffs on top of commission

Top-producer earnings reflect our highest performers. What you earn here is a function of what you close.

What You’ll Do

· Work qualified inbound leads — individuals and businesses with IRS and state tax debt

· Diagnose the situation on the call: balances, notices, unfiled tax returns, liens, levies, and garnishments

· Close the Phase 1 tax investigation

· Return to the same client with the findings and close the Phase 2 resolution

· Present options honestly and set accurate expectations, without guaranteeing outcomes

· Turn the signed case over to our case managers — once it closes, the resolution work is theirs

What We Require

This is an experienced-only role.

· Tax relief or tax resolution sales experience — you have closed both investigations and resolutions

· Working knowledge of IRS collections: liens, levies, wage garnishments, CSEDs, and compliance

· Fluency in what you are selling: Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Partial Pay IAs, Currently Not Collectible status, and penalty abatement

· The ability to explain a hard financial reality to a stressed client and still close

· Pipeline discipline in a CRM. Logics experience is a plus.
