Full Job Description

Braman Miami is seeking a Assistant Collision Center Manager to support the leadership of our Collision Center and help uphold our commitment to exceptional quality, performance, and customer experience. The Assistant Collision Center Manager works closely with the Body Shop Manager to motivate and support technicians in the proper, safe, and timely repair of vehicles. This position plays a critical role in production management, quality control, customer communication, and team development.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and can motivate teams while ensuring operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates the daily Production, Financial, and Customer Service meetings.
Supervises body shop technicians and provides assistance and training as needed.
Maintains high level of technician productivity. Develop and utilize management reports to monitor productivity.
Submits bookings and time reports to the body shop manager on a daily basis.
Initiates procedures to ensure a consistent high level of quality service.
Writes professional and accurate estimates.
Ensures that all parts necessary for repairs are ordered in a timely manner, inventoried upon receipt, and charged out on the proper repair order.
Gives accurate promise times and notifies customers immediately of any changes or delays.
Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
Performs a quality control check and inspects each vehicle after
Maintains accurate paint and material inventory.
Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Strives for or maintains ASE Certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a technical school, or 6 months–1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
Problem-solving and initiative-driven mindset
Comfortable with technology and shop management systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
