Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team and drive our talent management initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key driver of strategic HR functions, ensuring seamless human capital management, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational growth. Your energetic approach will help us attract top talent, develop our workforce, and maintain compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's culture and operational excellence through innovative HR practices.

Duties

Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruiting processes through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies and culture from day one.
Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance.
Support change management projects by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic workforce management to adapt to evolving business needs.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
Ensure regulatory compliance management by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance requirements across all HR functions.

Skills

Extensive experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or similar platforms for data collection, data entry, payroll processing, and HRIS management.
Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and managing sensitive situations effectively.
Strong analytical skills utilizing Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Knowledge of HR sourcing tools like Lever, iCIMS, Greenhouse or equivalent applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance standards such as OSHA regulations and Affirmative Action Planning requirements.
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently including contracts management, social media management for employer branding, and data collection for HR metrics.
