Cafe & Guest Experience Team Member

Hudson Baking Co. | Kuna, Idaho

We are a long-fermented sourdough bakery rooted in local farms, clean ingredients, and community. Every guest who walks through our doors is choosing to spend their time and money with us. That matters deeply. Hospitality here is intentional, personal, and proactive.

We are looking for a Cafe & Guest Experience Team Member who understands that service and sales go hand in hand.

This role is for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that thoughtful hospitality drives strong sales and meaningful connection.

You are responsible for:

Creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks in
Educating guests on our long-fermented sourdough process and clean ingredients
Guiding customers toward products they will love
Increasing sales through genuine recommendations and upselling
Maintaining an organized, beautiful, and spotless cafe space
Working efficiently while keeping energy high and positive

Who You Are

Warm and confident communicator
Naturally upbeat and engaging
Comfortable recommending products and driving sales
Detail-oriented and clean
Able to move quickly and multitask under pressure
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
Values teamwork and accountability
Understands that phones stay away while on the floor

Have previous cafe, retail, or hospitality experience
