Full Job Description

Position Objective
Generate new business for G Millwork through active field prospecting, relationship development, project
identification, quoting follow-up, and closing sales with contractors, builders, developers, designers, architects, and
other construction-industry clients.
Candidate Requirements
● Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, doors, millwork, cabinetry, building
materials, or related products.
● Proven ability to develop new accounts from the ground up, not only manage existing customers.
● Ability and willingness to visit contractors, builders, developers, designers, architects, construction companies,
and active projects on a daily basis.
● Experience with cold calling, in-person prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and business development.
● Ability to identify residential, multifamily, and commercial projects where G Millwork can provide doors, millwork
products, installation, or related services.
● Strong presentation skills and ability to professionally represent G Millwork's products, capabilities, quality, and
services.
● Basic ability to work with measurements, specifications, plans, and quotations. Experience reading construction
plans is a plus.
● Strong negotiation skills while protecting company margins. Discounts or special pricing may not be offered
without proper authorization.
● Excellent follow-up skills with the discipline to move quotations and opportunities toward a clear customer
decision.
● Ability to maintain accurate activity and opportunity information in the company's CRM/Zoho, including visits, calls,
leads, quotations, follow-ups, and next steps.
● Ability to provide weekly sales and pipeline reports.
● Must consistently work toward weekly and monthly performance goals, including visits, new contacts, qualified
opportunities, quotations, follow-ups, and closed sales.
● Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
● English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
● Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.
● Reliable transportation for field visits, depending on the transportation structure established by the company.
● Must be proactive, organized, persistent, competitive, accountable, and strongly results-oriented.
● Must be comfortable entering job sites and contractor offices, introducing the company, asking for opportunities,
and actively pursuing new business rather than waiting for incoming leads.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
