Location: Millburg, MI 49022
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Shift: B Shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour DOE + 10% Shift Premium

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist Level III, you'll play a key role in producing complex precision-machined components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC machines
Produce precision components while maintaining tight tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
Make machine adjustments and tool offsets to maintain quality standards
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
Work closely with team members to improve processes and maximize productivity
Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures

What We're Looking For

5+ years of CNC machining experience
Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
Experience with multi-axis machining
Previous experience with Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn machines is highly preferred
Experience with Citizen and/or Star machines is a plus
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Proficient with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and be coached
