Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every visit exceeds expectations. Your culinary knowledge and customer service expertise will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere in our upscale dining environment. Whether you're engaging with guests at the table or managing food and beverage service behind the scenes, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be key to our success.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Square POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
Utilize reservation management tools like Toast Table to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize flow during busy hours

Requirements

Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS; familiarity with Toast Table is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Basic math skills for billing, splitting checks, and managing tabs efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is advantageous but not required
Serving or host/hostess experience preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
