We are looking for exceptional new graduate nurse practitioners to join our team. Not good ones. Exceptional ones. If you finished in the top quartile of your class, keep reading. If you didn't, this is not the right posting for you, and that is okay.

Our Selection Process Is Rigorous by Design

Only the top candidates make it through, and that is the point. Our process has two parts.

First, we assess what you know. We screen your knowledge base and your clinical acumen directly. This is not a resume formality. We want to see the depth of your understanding, how you reason through cases, and how you handle diagnostic uncertainty. We will walk through real clinical scenarios and see how you think, not just what you have memorized.

Only about 10% make it through this first stage.

Then, we go deeper on who you are. We take a hard look at your attitude, your personality, and your potential as a teammate. We are trying to understand your character, your humility, your coachability, and whether your values line up with how we practice. Clinical knowledge gets you into the conversation. Attitude and fit are what carry you through it.

We go this deep because once we choose you, we commit fully. We are going to invest years in your development, so we choose carefully.

The Onboarding Program: Your New Reality

Before you begin: CME that is ongoing- from mentored beginning to confident independent practice, we support your professional growth.

Week 1-4: Shadow our best providers and absorb everything

Month 2-3: Gradual transition with safety net always in place

Month 4+: Independent practice with ongoing 1-on-1 physician mentorship with the medical director.

Month 5-12: Advanced clinical practice training with medical director mentorship

Year 2: Building on your foundation to get you on par with a board-certified family medicine physician.

Our selection process is rigorous, and it starts with your knowledge base and clinical acumen. We find out fast how good you really are. If you are ready to be challenged, say yes and keep going. If no, this is where you stop.
If you make it through, brace yourself - the first six months will test you. You learn on shift, then go home and work through a serious stack of CME that would intimidate most people. It is a lot. But being the very best -that is the point. Ready? If so, say yes and keep going. If not, stop here.
Can you work weekend shifts on a rotating basis? (We are closed on major holidays)
Are you willing to work long shifts 8a-7p? (this isn't a 9-5 M-F job)
If you make it through and we select you, what is your availability? Tell us how long you would need between signing the contract and your first working day.
