As a problem-solving advocate, you'll guide clients through their business journey, offering innovative solutions and exceeding expectations. From assisting with business formation to providing solutions for maintaining their enterprises, your dedication to helping others and finding answers will make you an invaluable asset to our nationwide network of friendly and helpful humans.

The shifts are in PST:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Good communication both verbal and written.
Client-Centric Support: Offer empathetic and knowledgeable assistance. Your focus will be on solving problems and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
Creative Problem-Solving: Embrace challenges as opportunities to think outside the box and devise effective and innovative ways to address client concerns.
Seamless Business Formation: Guide clients through the intricacies of business formation and a whole lineup of products to make the the business maintenance process as seamless as possible.
Commitment and Reliability: Demonstrate your dedication to clients and colleagues by following through on commitments and being a dependable client advocate and member of our team.
Knowledgeable Resource: Keep up to date on our comprehensive service offerings, so you can provide accurate and informed guidance to our customers.

*For our hybrid and remote roles, we require a reliable internet connection that meets the following minimum standards:

Download: 60 Mbps+
Upload: 15 Mbps+
Ping: < 70 ms
Jitter: < 50 ms

Hotspots and satellite internet are generally not suitable, with the exception of Starlink if performance consistently meets these requirements. A live speed test may be conducted during the interview process.
