About us

We sell fun. Night after night, we go live on TikTok Shop and turn collectibles into an experience: the thrill of the reveal, the energy of the countdown, and a community that keeps coming back for more. Live shopping is our main stage, but we move product across every channel that sells, from marketplaces to auctions to bulk lots. Behind it all is a fast-moving operation with a lot of moving parts, and we're looking for a General Manager to keep every one of them running at its best.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll be on the floor with the team every day, keeping every department sharp, holding staff to clear standards, and making sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll own the numbers, the people, the product, and the space, and you'll report directly to ownership.

Lead and support every department

Provide day-to-day leadership across all departments, setting clear goals and helping each team do its best work
Partner with the Director of Livestreaming on managing the streaming team and planning shows, including set-up and lighting
Support the Shop Account Manager across shop health, compliance, customer service, and fulfillment
Support the Content Creator on producing high-quality content and tracking KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and reach
Support the Multi-Channel Sales Lead in growing sales beyond our live shows, across TCGplayer, eBay, Shopify, Temu, auctions, and bulk lot sales
Oversee shipping and logistics and the office's day-to-day logistical needs
Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and develop the team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture

Drive sales and streaming performance

Set clear daily standards for streaming productivity, preparation, and show quality, and support the team in meeting them
Set and track KPIs and sales goals across all streams and every sales channel, and review performance daily and weekly
Partner with the Director of Livestreaming to plan mystery products, large-lot inventory sales, special events, and promotions
Keep shows on the air by making sure streaming equipment, lighting, internet, and backups stay reliable

Own product and inventory

Order product for the office and for streaming
Build and manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating pricing where possible
Keep inventory accurate and organized, run regular counts, and reconcile against sales
Protect high-value inventory through secure storage, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention

Run the facility

Schedule maintenance, build-outs, and repairs with owners, IT, the landlord, and outside vendors
Keep the office clean, organized, well-stocked, and safe
Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance

Own the numbers and standards

Report results, wins, and risks to ownership on a regular cadence, including end-of-week reports with KPI analytics and PACE scores relayed and verified from department heads
Manage the location's operating budget and control costs
Enforce company standards and SOPs across every department, and keep TikTok Shop compliance and account health in good standing

What we're looking for

5+ years in operations, retail, or e-commerce management, including managing a team or multiple departments
Proven people-management experience: hiring, scheduling, coaching, and accountability
Exceptionally organized, able to manage many moving parts without dropping details
Comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory tracking (Excel or Google Sheets)
A confident, direct communicator and a strong leader
Trustworthy and detail-oriented, since you'll be responsible for high-value inventory
Available on-site 5 to 6 days per week, including some evenings and weekends
Able to lift and move product (up to approximately 40 lbs) and stay active around the office
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, or social commerce
Familiarity with collectibles, such as coins, trading cards, or sports cards
Experience managing sales across online marketplaces such as TCGplayer, eBay, Shopify, or Temu
Experience overseeing inventory of high-value or serialized goods
A background in a sales-driven, metrics-focused environment

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience
