Mallory Portraits in Portsmouth NH is looking for an ENERGETIC & POSITIVE candidate to add to our expanding sales team.

About Us

We have been in business for 13 years and put a high value on supporting each other, holding each other accountable, and are an exceptionally reliable tight-knit team. Our culture believes in positivity, truthfulness, and being supportive.

We passionately believe in giving back to the community and do so with our donations program. We have donated over 2,000 portraits to date for fundraising efforts. We also have a tremendous giveaway program for our portrait sessions that allow people to sample our work.

Our portrait sessions for children consist of a magical world we have built for them as fairies plus we provide heirloom portraiture in our studio for families and fur babies as well.

Responsibilities

Create instant RAPPORT and build a relationship with clients face-to-face
CONFIDENTLY present images via technology and showcase the range of portraits and collections available
TEAM PLAYER
Catering to the customer's needs while meeting and achieving studio targets
You do NOT have to bring in your own leads
You will help clients understand the investment they are making into themselves, and ease the anxiety around stepping out of their comfort zone, at times

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience in sales environment NEGOTIATING
Proven track record in achieving sales RESULTS, meeting and achieving targets/quotas in a fast-paced environment
Business to Consumer experience a must - B2C
Must have a strong mental headspace
Loves to be held ACCOUNTABLE and puts constructive feedback into place
The ability to provide 5-STAR Customer Service 100% of the time
Well organized, well presented, a great COMMUNICATOR, and listener
Must LOVE PEOPLE from all walks of life
Must be very RELIABLE, you would never let your team down
