Full Job Description

At CoCreations Construction & Design, we specialize in high-end residential remodels and custom homes that reflect our clients’ lifestyles, tastes, and vision. Every home we build is one-of-a-kind, and so is every team member we hire. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Superintendent to lead our job sites with confidence, care, and craftsmanship.

Job Summary

As our Site Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of custom residential home builds—from site prep to final walk-through. You'll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and keep the project on schedule and budget. Your ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite is key to client satisfaction and project success.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Setup & Safety

Set up the jobsite with lock box, signage, job box, dumpster, and porta johns
Conduct daily and weekly safety inspections; identify and mitigate hazards
Lead subcontractor orientations and safety briefings

On-Site Supervision

Manage and schedule subcontractors and trades on-site
Monitor progress to ensure alignment with daily/weekly goals and build timelines
Read and interpret custom home plans, elevations, and spec sheets
Confirm proper delivery, condition, and storage of materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Capture weekly job photos and update logs in BuilderTrend

Quality Control

Inspect work daily for craftsmanship, code compliance, and client specifications
Track key inspection items and ensure readiness
Document and communicate quality or rework issues promptly

Weekly & Ongoing Tasks

Prepare for upcoming trades and ensure materials/tools are in place
Confirm and coordinate all inspections with local officials
Attend weekly meetings with project managers and stakeholders
Report job status, delays, and coordination issues clearly and proactively

Materials & Equipment

Verify deliveries and match against packing slips
Report missing/damaged items and reorder as needed
Ensure protection of all finish materials (windows, cabinetry, flooring, etc.)

Documentation

Complete detailed daily logs, including crews, weather, progress, and issues
Record and report any safety incidents or jobsite delays
Submit weekly jobsite summaries to the Project Manager

Project Close-Out

Manage punch list completion and quality touch-ups
Oversee final jobsite cleaning and presentation
Remove jobsite equipment, signage, and materials
Lead final walkthrough with client and Project Manager

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supervising residential or custom home construction
Strong knowledge of all trades (framing, MEP, finishes, site work)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Proficient with BuilderTrend or similar construction management platforms
Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and cleanliness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and truck
