Role & Company Overview

HeyPros is hiring a high-output outbound sales rep to sell monthly, annual, and custom packages to contractors operating in the US. This role is built for someone who can create urgency, handle rejection, stay sharp through constant follow-up, and close deals the same day the prospect answers the phone. Contractors are not sitting behind their desks - they're on job-sites, in-between customer meetings, talking to their crews, and doing the work themselves- so the connection has to be clear and to the point or else you loose the credibility.

And this is not just a 'sales' role — it is an opportunity to be part of something that is changing how the construction industry works. HeyPros is giving hardworking contractors nationwide a real way to connect, grow, and win more business — regardless of how long they have been in the trade or how big their crew is. The platform is growing by 200 to 500 contractors every single month, and the people joining this team right now are helping shape that momentum from the ground up. As a member of the team, you are not just closing subscriptions — you are making a real and positive mark on an industry full of hardworking people who deserve better tools, better opportunities, and better connections.

The core expectation is simple: make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, have real conversations with contractors, uncover what they have tried before, find out what has not worked, explain why HeyPros is the best fit for the pricing and quality, and close paid subscriptions on the same day whenever the contractor is qualified.

What you will do:

Call contractors and mid-size construction businesses in the United States only.
Make 150 to 215 outbound/inbound calls per day.
Follow up aggressively by phone, text, and CRM tasking when contractors do not answer or disappear after saying they will sign up.
Run fast, practical discovery conversations focused on three things: what they have tried, what did not work, and why they are still looking for a better option.
Position HeyPros as the best value in the market based on pricing, lead quality, and fit for serious subcontractors.
Ask for the close on the same call whenever there is a fit, rather than pushing weak next steps.
Log every conversation, outcome, objection, and follow-up step in HubSpot.
Participate in call reviews, coaching, and performance scorecards each week.

This is a performance role. The person in this seat will be measured every day against the following targets:

Making 150 to 215 calls per day.
Held to daily close targets of 4 to 10 deals.
Keeping tasks completed and on track

Compensation

This role comes with a base salary that gives you a stable foundation, on top of which there is great opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance. Reps can expect to earn anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 per month through commissions alone depending on production, and top performers can also earn one-time bonuses throughout the month as well as quarterly bonuses tied to results and consistency. The more you close, the more you earn — this compensation structure is designed to reward closers who show up, do the work, and hit their numbers every day.

What a strong sales conversation sounds like:

The rep should not sound scripted, robotic, or desperate. The conversation should be direct and adaptive because contractors are often hard to reach, distracted, skeptical, and inconsistent with follow-through.

A strong rep in this role will:

Get to the point quickly.
Ask what they have already tried for leads or work opportunities.
Ask what did not work and why they are dissatisfied now.
Use that pain to frame why HeyPros is the better option for the money.
Handle objections without sounding defensive.
Close clearly and confidently on the same call when the fit is there.

Traits required for success:

Coachability

This person must take feedback without getting defensive and must be willing to change quickly. Calls will be reviewed, scorecards will be used, and weak habits will be corrected directly.

Quick adaptation on live calls

No two contractor calls are the same. The rep must think on their feet, adjust tone fast, and respond well when the prospect is distracted, skeptical, rushed, or irritated.

Resilience

Contractors often do not answer, do not reply when they said they would, and do not sign up even after a positive conversation. The right hire does not get emotionally thrown off by that reality and keeps working the process with consistency.

Strong discovery instincts

The rep must know how to uncover pain instead of jumping into a pitch. The best calls revolve around what the contractor has tried, what failed, what they are frustrated by, and why they are still open to something new.

Closing confidence

This role is not for passive appointment setters. The rep must be comfortable asking for payment, asking for commitment, and bringing the conversation to a decision while the contractor is engaged

Process discipline

Must keep the CRM clean, complete follow-ups, and work inside a measurable system every day.

Background preferred

1 to 5 years of outbound sales experience.
Experience selling to contractors, home service businesses, trades, or other small business owners is strongly preferred
Experience in SaaS, lead generation, recruiting, staffing, construction tech, or high-volume phone sales is a plus
Comfortable working in a remote environment with daily accountability.
English fluency required.
Spanish fluency is required.
Portuguese is a nice to have.

Non-negotiables

Comfortable making 150 to 215 calls per day.
Comfortable being held to daily close targets of 4 to 10 deals.
Comfortable with same-day closing expectations.
Must be available to work US business hours (7:00am EST - 7:00pm EST)
Must be willing to work US-based construction companies only.
Must be able to follow a talk track while adapting naturally on live calls.
Spanish is required.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
