Full Job Description

Job Summary

The Account Management Coordinator is responsible for managing builder, developer, designer, and multifamily client accounts within a fast-paced cabinetry design, procurement, and installation environment. This role oversees projects from order through installation, ensuring accurate order creation, clear communication, and smooth execution across internal teams and external partners.

This position is responsible for producing clean, lot-specific orders including layouts, pricing, and order entry for multiple cabinet manufacturers. The role reviews and interprets builder selections, purchase orders, field measurements, and design information to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. It also resolves discrepancies, verifies documentation, and ensures consistency between design intent, production, and installation.

The Account Management Coordinator works closely with sales, design, customer care, and installation teams to coordinate project flow, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience. Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews, interprets, and analyzes builder selections and purchase order information for accuracy and project requirements
Reviews field measurements, and resolves any discrepancies between field conditions, and master plans
Utilizes Cyncly 2020 design software to create lot specific layouts for order entry and production
Utilizes Odoo ERP system for order processing, tracking, and project coordination across internal teams
Submits material orders for materials to multiple cabinet manufacturers, decorative hardware, Third Party Logistics and installation professionals using an EDI ordering process
Reviews and double-checks project documentation for accuracy, including selections, purchase orders, pricing, layouts, measurements, and cabinet acknowledgements across internal teams
Collaborates with sales, design, customer care, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution and a positive customer experience

Qualifications / Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients at all levels
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, dimensions, specifications, and project details
Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles and cabinet product lines
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems (including ERP and design platforms)
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems with missing information
Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus

Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in the cabinetry industry including design, specification, estimating, project coordination, and client support within production homebuilding, multifamily, commercial, and/or residential construction environments
5+ years of professional experience using Cyncly 2020 Design software for residential and/or commercial design projects
