Full Job Description

We are hiring ONE elite inbound closer to join our rapidly growing U.S. tax resolution company.

This is a high-performance opportunity for experienced sales professionals who know how to control conversations, build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and close consistently.

You'll work exclusively with warm inbound prospects actively seeking help with their tax problems.

No cold calling.
No prospecting.
No chasing leads.

Our acquisitions team generates and qualifies every opportunity. Your only job is to close.

This role is designed for closers who want to spend their time selling—not hunting for business.

Compensation

$16.90/hour base pay
Uncapped commission
Average monthly earnings: $5,000–$12,000
Top performers consistently earn $16,000+ per month
Paid training

Your income is directly tied to your performance. There is no commission cap.

Work Schedule

100% Remote
Selling tax resolution services to U.S. consumers
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Performance Expectations

We're looking for professionals who thrive in a high-performance environment.

Expected KPIs include:

Minimum 30% close rate
Strong pipeline management and follow-up
Consistent daily performance with inbound opportunities

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of inside sales closing experience
High-ticket sales experience strongly preferred
Experience selling to U.S. consumers
Excellent objection handling skills
Strong phone and Zoom sales ability
Confident, persuasive communicator
Self-motivated and accountable while working remotely
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
Fluent English
