This role is intended for experienced leaders in medical aesthetics or high touch client facing industry. Candidates without operational, sales and staff management experience should not apply.

Position Overview

The Practice Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, team performance, patient flow, and business execution. This individual works directly with the Medical Director and is expected to think strategically, act decisively, and uphold the standards of a luxury medical practice.

This role is best suited for someone who:

Has already managed an aesthetic or client focused business.
Is comfortable holding staff accountable
Understands both patient experience and financial performance
Thrives in a high‑expectation, low‑drama environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

(Read carefully — these are non‑negotiable)

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in one of the following settings:
Medical aesthetics / med spa
Plastic surgery practice
Cosmetic dermatology practice
Client facing, high touch industry.
Demonstrated experience managing
Clinical and administrative staff
Front desk operations and revenue accuracy
Patient experience standards in luxury healthcare
Workflow efficiency and automation
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Calm, confident presence when handling staff issues or patient concerns
Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a high‑end medical brand

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, train, and manage a small, high‑performance clinical and administrative team
Recruit, interview, and onboard team members who align with practice standards
Set clear expectations, address performance issues, and maintain accountability
Conduct staff meetings and ongoing performance improvement initiatives
Maintain a positive, professional, and drama‑free workplace culture

Practice Operations

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction
Manage patient flow and scheduling to keep providers on time
Monitor daily sales, deposits, reports, and EMR accuracy
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
Serve as the primary liaison for EMR, software and product vendors and reps.

Patient Experience

Support front desk operations as needed (scheduling, payments, patient communication)
Confidently discuss aesthetic consultations, procedures, and skincare with prospective patients
Resolve patient concerns professionally and decisively

Business Growth & Marketing

Track marketing spend and recommend strategic initiatives that drive qualified patient growth
Collaborate with marketing partners on promotions, packages, and service launches
Assist with the rollout of new treatments, services, and product offerings

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000 annually, based on experience and leadership depth
