Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager with manufactured home sales experience. Dedicated to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. The right candidate will have an outgoing personality, be a team player and have a passion for building strong and lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take the community to the next level through proper oversight, team building and assuring positive relations with our valued residents.

· Manage property operations, including reservations, resident ledgers using the software Manage America and Campspot.

. Experience in Inventory home sales, contracts and all necessary documents.

. Direct property maintenance projects, vendor oversite, and invoicing using Avid.

· Responsible for supervising maintenance team members, through leadership and motivation to achieve a well maintained and beautiful community.

· Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure rules and regulations are met.

. Engage with residents regularly, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of community.

Qualifications and Skills:

· 5+ years of experience in property management, sales and the hospitality industry.

· Relationship builder with a warm, approachable demeanor and professionalism.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excel at problem solving.

· Excellent written and verbal communications.

Salary compensation package includes paid vacation time, housing and commissions on home sales. Benefits not included.
