Job Description*

Inspired, LLC – DSP is excited to announce that we are seeking Temporary Fulltime Delivery Drivers to join our transportation team in Fenton Missouri only 10 miles west of Forest Park and 20 minutes south of the 270/70 exchange! Your work day will run approximately 9:25 AM – 7:30PM. We work Sun-Sat, you will be scheduled 4x10 hour days, giving you 3 days off per week. Drivers will earn a minimum of $22.25 per hour and can work towards a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based on performance, eligibility and work availability after this temporary assignment at which time could gain access to our 401k, affordable health care benefits, tuition credit programs and much more.

A Delivery Driver will be responsible for making deliveries daily. Delivery Drivers must be committed to working within a team to ensure all requests, expectations and results are delivered consistently. Inspired LLC is looking for high energy individuals that want to be part of something special. Responsibilities:

Scan, load and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
Safely drive and maneuver vans in adherence to set rules, policies and laws
Use handheld device for route navigation, package delivery, vehicle inspections and route management
Ensure all key performance expectations are met daily

Preferences:

Amazing "Can Do" Attitude!
Familiarity with geography of St. Louis County, nearby Illinois Metro and surrounding areas
Comfortable using a smart phone and tablets
Current or former FedEx, USPS and UPS driving experience is a plus but not a requirement for consideration.
MO class E or IL class C license a plus but not required

Qualifications*
As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:*

Responsible driving record
Must complete pre-hire testing and screening
Ability to handle a physical workload for 10 hours a day
Deadline-oriented
Problem Solver
Must be at least 21 years of age
