Immunity Health is looking to hire IV Specialists for our Leesburg location to provide intravenous infusion therapy to clients while following all standards of care and facility requirements.

We are looking to hire part time and/or full time positions. MUST be certified to start IV's. Benefits for full time employee's will be available.

Primary Functions

High level proficiency in starting IV’s
Greet clients promptly and with courtesy
Take vital signs
Phlebotomy
IM and SubQ injections
Explain procedures to patients to calm apprehension and gain cooperation
Make sure all consent forms are completed by clients before each procedure
Prepare and administer IV after confirming which IV client will be receiving
Manage IV Drips: Vitamins, MaH or Ozone, Methylene Blue, Chelation, NAD, etc.
Monitor client during entire infusion
Chart accurately and promptly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Keep IV intake room prepared, cleaned, and stocked, empty biohazard waste
Help maintain efficient client flow through communication with entire team
Answer client questions as needed and within scope of business standards
Respond to life saving situations based upon nursing/paramedic standards, policies, procedures, and protocols within the scope of practice
Complete other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Licensed Practical Nurse with IV certification, Registered Nurse, Paramedic/EMT. All MUST have current unrestricted license in the state of Florida
Have and maintain a current CPR certification
Minimum one-year experience with IV-related administration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Must be proficient starting IV’s

· Understand and strive to maintain teamwork

· Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, with all staff and clients

· Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure

· Possess a good working knowledge of EMR systems preferred, but will train

· Computer competency

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
