Job Title: Area Market Manager
Company: Amada Senior Care – Texas Hill Country
Location: Boerne, Bulverde, New Braunfels, Kerrville, Fredericksburg (Travel Required)

About the Role

Amada Senior Care is seeking a driven and community-focused Area Market Manager to lead growth and operations across the Texas Hill Country. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong referral networks, and ensuring exceptional care experiences for both clients and caregivers.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, results-oriented leader, and hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Bonus Potential: $20,000 – $25,000

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Sales Growth

Develop and execute strategies to grow market share across the assigned territory
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
Lead networking, events, and community engagement initiatives
Drive client acquisition through pipeline development and consistent follow-up

Operations & Client Services

Oversee onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless start of care
Conduct client visits and supervisory check-ins to maintain high satisfaction
Monitor service delivery and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Caregiver Recruitment & Management

Lead recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers
Conduct orientation and ensure alignment with company standards
Support retention through engagement, communication, and recognition
Maintain strong caregiver relationships through regular supervision

Experience & Quality Assurance

Own the overall client and caregiver experience in the market
Identify and implement improvements in service quality and efficiency
Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and care
Serve as a brand ambassador in the local community

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in management, sales, or operations
(home care, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
Strong communication skills, including public speaking
Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Comfortable using technology, including Apple products and digital tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
