Assistant Station Leader – Operations - Queens, NY

Pay: $80,000 – $85,000 per year + Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | 24/7/365 Operation

SkyHop Global is seeking a driven, experienced Assistant Station Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team of 35+ employees at our Queens, NY station. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and process—not sales.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations across multiple shifts to ensure schedules are met, teams are aligned, and safety standards are upheld.
Supervise, coach, and develop a diverse staff of 25+ employees, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
Monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure station goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Partner with the Station Leader on station P&L management, labor control, and overall operational efficiency.
Drive compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
Foster strong relationships with airline clients, crew members, and internal teams through communication and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising medium-to-large teams (25+ employees).
Proven ability to hire, coach, discipline, and develop staff to achieve measurable results.
Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, and operational execution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or dispatch systems a plus.
Open availability to support a 24/7/365 business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually plus Bonus!
