Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender/Server and become the heart of an energetic, customer-focused environment! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences, deliver outstanding service, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether mixing cocktails, serving delicious food, or managing multiple tables with finesse, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will elevate our guests’ experience. This paid position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills in food and beverage service shine through, creating memorable moments for every visitor.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options using efficient techniques.
Take accurate orders from guests and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
Manage cash handling, POS transactions
Assist in food serving duties during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions.
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, monitor guest consumption, and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately.
Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus; experience in brewing or retail food environments is beneficial.
