Full Job Description

Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is seeking a Home Care Liaison to join us in our mission to Change the Way the World Ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our expertise in Live-In care. We embrace a positive, balanced approach to aging centered on the evolving needs of older adults.

As a Home Care Liaison, you would work individually and within the team to support our growing business by generating qualified prospects for our concierge-level private pay services. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual who excels at building new referral relationships, maintaining relationships, and working in a team environment. This is SALES.

Some of the Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Calling on and developing new referral accounts in the local health and senior care community

· Promoting our services in a professional and creative manner

· Following up with all accounts and developing contacts into active referral sources

· Managing ongoing relationships with key accounts, tracking their referral activity, qualifying referral sources, ensuring their satisfaction with our relationship, and conducting all necessary follow-up

· Taking after-hours and emergency calls from key accounts and coordinating with our client service team to ensure service delivery

· Maintaining accurate records on all prospective and active referral accounts

· Conduct client assessments and close sales.

· Working closely with the client service team to ensure client satisfaction

· Completing all call schedules and sales reports in a timely manner

· Meeting monthly and quarterly targets for new contacts, accounts, referrals, and revenue.

Compensation includes a base salary ($60-$75K) plus a performance Bonus that, with good measurable revenue results, can equal or exceed the base salary.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

· Familiar with or have a tolerance for cold calling.

· Experience in relationship sales and account management.

· Be entrepreneurial and creative

· Thrive in an independent, self-motivated environment with little direct supervision

· Networking and network marketing.

· Promotional event marketing.

· Public speaking.

· Handles rejection well.

· Results oriented.

· Have a passion for senior care and client service

· Have strong written and oral communication skills

· Be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with other staff members
