Whether you are looking to supplement your current caseload or build a thriving full-time practice, Graystone provides the referrals, resources, and support you need to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional client care.

About Graystone Counseling

Graystone Counseling is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents, adults, and couples. We value authenticity, clinical excellence, and creating an environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.

Our areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, burnout, relationship concerns, couples counseling, and helping clients develop healthier patterns and greater emotional well-being.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate independently licensed mental health clinician to join Graystone Counseling as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who values clinical independence while appreciating the support, referrals, and infrastructure of a private practice.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Develop treatment plans and provide ethical, evidence-based care
Maintain professional licensure and liability insurance
Maintain appropriate clinical records
Collaborate with other clinicians while maintaining independent clinical judgment

Qualifications

Active independent Ohio license:
LPCC
LPCC-S
LISW
LISW-S
IMFT
Licensed Psychologist
Ability to practice independently without supervision
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working with adolescents, adults, and/or couples preferred
Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with a 60/40 split based on collected revenue.

Clinicians typically earn approximately $60–$100 per completed session depending on payer reimbursement, client type, and session rate.
