Full Job Description

Job description

We are hiring for a Hotel Night Auditor. for Sunday and Monday. The hours are from 10pm-6:00am. Holidays and weekends included. As a night auditor you are responsible for running reports, reviewing daily postings and performing close of day programs in the property management system, thus preparing the hotel for the next business day. You will need to answer phones, take reservations, check in our guests who are arriving late and check out guests who are departing early. You will need to be able to remain awake and alert for the entire duration of the 8 hour shift and must have a general "mindfulness" for safety and security of the hotel and its guests. A pleasant demeanor is required and the desire to deliver superior customer service a must.
