LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - ON SITE POSITION

Frasier Enterprises has grown over 48% in the last five years and still growing. Frasier Enterprises is a multi-franchise ownership organization that operates over 500+ locations across 25 states.

Job description:

Frasier Enterprises is seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join our growing team as a Senior Accountant. This position will play a key role in the accurate, complete, and timely entry of financial data into the General Ledger. This individual should have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management. This position will be responsible for account reconciliations, journal entries, analysis of financial statements, and ad hoc reporting as deemed necessary. A well-qualified candidate will also demonstrate a desire to learn new processes and ask appropriate questions to enhance and accelerate their learning.

Job responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

· Perform month end closing procedures

· File multiple state sales tax returns

· Register for unemployment tax and business licenses for new jurisdictions

· Support the quarterly/annual financial audit process

· Streamline and improve financial processes on a continuous basis while maintaining internal controls

Job Requirements

· Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail

· Able to meet deadlines

· Solid work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

· Proactively seeks knowledge and new responsibilities.

Education/Certification

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred. Candidates pursuing their CPA will also be considered.

Experience

· 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably, in a multi-entity environment

· Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications (including Excel and Word)

· Working knowledge of accounting software
