Bilingual Legal Intake & Front Desk Coordinator

Salary: $48,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

A law firm is seeking a full-time Bilingual Legal Intake & Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. You will often be the first point of contact for clients, courts, government agencies, and other professionals, making professionalism and strong communication skills essential.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed. We are looking for someone who exercises good judgment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and enjoys being an important part of a team.

Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls, text messages, and client communications
Conduct initial client intake screening and gather information for attorney review
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Process client payments, including cash and credit card transactions
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendars
Route calls and messages appropriately, including communications from courts, government agencies, and legal professionals
Open and close the office each day
Assist with copying, scanning, and organizing client documents
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with attorneys and staff

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Prior office, customer service, reception, intake, or legal office experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional phone presence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in person in Austin, Texas
