Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Drink/Food Runner & Busser, where your energy and hospitality skills will shine!

In this lively role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen, coffee bar, and guests, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable dining experiences, contribute to a smooth service flow, and support the overall hospitality environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen and bar to guests’ tables, maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy
Assist with clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
Support the kitchen team by handling food safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and communicating guest needs effectively
Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware to ensure seamless service
Communicate clearly with team members regarding guest orders, special requests, or any service issues
Maintain cleanliness by assisting with general cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces and sanitizing high-touch areas
Support catering events or special functions as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Experience with cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy environment
Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly through service areas, and lift moderate loads when necessary
A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming experiences for all guests
