Full Job Description

Overview
ACRE Kitchen and Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere and culture in our establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
Accurately take and review all orders with the guest
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
Perform quality check-backs with guests in a timely manner
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and refilling supplies as needed.
Report any customer complaints to the supervisor on duty immediately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Must be fully available to work Saturdays and Sundays days and nights
Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
