Position Overview

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our opening team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and elevated experience from the moment they walk in.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality, loves wellness, and enjoys being part of a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
Check members in and out, manage day passes, and support membership inquiries.
Assist with scheduling tours, classes, and massage/recovery sessions.
Provide accurate information about amenities, membership options, and daily operations.
Support the sales process by guiding prospects through membership offerings and answering questions clearly and confidently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and shared spaces.
Resolve member concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed.
Manage transactions, POS operations, and basic administrative tasks.
Work closely with management and the operations team to support daily functions during peak times.
Contribute to a positive, community-driven culture aligned with Las Ruinas values.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, fitness, spa, wellness, or front-facing customer service preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Friendly, professional, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning new systems (booking, POS, scheduling apps).
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently present membership options.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing a high-level guest experience.
Passion for wellness, fitness, recovery, or holistic health.
