Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room located in Valenica, California . This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care in high-pressure situations. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide critical support to patients experiencing emergencies.
Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Participate in emergency response drills and training sessions.
Uphold hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of California.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
Strong assessment skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in IV insertion and medication administration.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.
