Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full-cycle daily operation of brand TikTok Shops in the U.S., including product listing, inventory synchronization, price management and order processing. Ensure full compliance with TikTok platform policies and local cross-border e-commerce regulations.

Lead end-to-end product portfolio operation for Western markets. Develop data-driven product selection and category strategies based on local consumer preferences, seasonal trends and platform bestseller logic. Cooperate with supply chain teams to complete product sourcing, SKU iteration and slow-moving inventory clearance.

Plan and execute short-video marketing and live streaming campaigns according to local festivals, shopping trends and platform traffic algorithms. Collaborate with internal content teams and local KOLs to increase store exposure, engagement and sales volume.

Monitor daily key store metrics including traffic sources, CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, GMV and inventory sell-through rate. Prepare weekly operation reports, identify problems and implement targeted optimization plans.

Liaise directly with the official TikTok U.S. operation team to collect policy updates and traffic support resources. Quickly resolve account anomalies, violation warnings and permission applications to ensure stable store performance.

Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory planning and delivery solutions for Europe and the U.S. Reduce overstock risks, improve shipping efficiency and enhance overall customer shopping experience.

Analyze competitors’ TikTok Shop operation strategies, including their product layout, marketing tactics and inventory structure. Develop differentiated store operation plans based on brand positioning and local market demands.
