The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced producers to drive growth and build the next chapter of Cameo Insurance Services.This opportunity focuses on developing mid- and large-group employee benefits accounts (50–500+ lives), including fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded opportunities.You'll develop new business, lead sophisticated consulting conversations, close opportunities, and become the trusted advisor to your clients.

You bring the relationships and the strategy. We'll build the service organization around you. We're not looking for employees to fit into an existing system, we're looking for producers who want to help build one. We believe producers who create meaningful value should be compensated accordingly. We'd rather invest in exceptional producers than unnecessary overhead.This is a production opportunity, not a management track disguised as one.

The Right Candidate

Seven or more years of successful employee benefits production experience (10+ preferred)
Demonstrated success developing and closing new business
Experience working with mid-market and larger employers
Experience with self-funded or level-funded benefit strategies preferred
Strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, executives, and HR leaders
A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
An entrepreneurial mindset

A portable book of business is welcomed, but not required for the right individual.Compensation & Benefits
