Dae’s essentials are simple, effective and are beautifully designed to elevate any daily hair ritual.

Role: Coordinator, Influencer Relations and Community

Location: Remote, NYC location preferred

The Opportunity:

The Influencer Relations & Community Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting and executing dae’s influencer, affiliate, and community programs. This person will be responsible for managing creator relationships, coordinating product gifting and events, supporting campaign execution, and helping foster a best-in-class creator community.

This role requires someone who is highly organized; relationship-oriented; deeply immersed in social media culture; and passionate about beauty, haircare, and the creator economy. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing operational excellence with meaningful relationship building. Depending on experience level, this individual may take on increasing ownership of creator partnerships, campaign strategy, and affiliate growth initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Influencer Relations & Creator Partnerships

Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Identify, research, and vet creators aligned with dae’s brand values and target audience.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Assist with creator outreach, partnership negotiations, and campaign logistics
Track influencer deliverables and ensure content is submitted and published on time.
Monitor creator content and compile performance results, insights, and recommendations.

Community & Relationship Building

Help cultivate and grow dae’s creator, affiliate, and brand ambassador communities.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for creators, affiliates, and community members.
Manage creator communications across email, DMs, and affiliate platforms
Foster long-term creator relationships through proactive engagement and thoughtful follow-up.
Identify opportunities to deepen community engagement and brand advocacy.

Product Seeding & Events

Coordinate influencer gifting and PR mailers, including creator selection, address collection, shipment tracking, and follow-up.
Manage influencer product requests and seeding opportunities for launches and evergreen programs.
Maintain gifting inventory and ensure accurate tracking of product allocations.
Support creator events, brand trips, and community activations from planning through execution.

Reporting. Insights & Operations

Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
Track KPIs including engagement, EMV, reach, content volume, affiliate sales, and creator retention.
Analyze creator and campaign performance to identify trends, learnings, and optimization opportunities
Monitor social media trends, emerging creators, and competitive activity.
Assist in developing scalable processes that improve influencer and community program efficiency.
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative tasks as needed.

Affiliate & Creator Commerce

Support affiliate programs across platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and other creator commerce channels
Assist with creator onboarding, link generation, and promotional offer setup.
Help convert gifted creators into long-term affiliate partners.
Support initiatives that drive affiliate revenue growth and creator engagement

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner closely with Brand Marketing, PR, Social, Creative, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to support campaign execution for launches and evergreen programs
Share creator insights, consumer feedback, and social trends with internal stakeholders
Help ensure influencer initiatives align with broader brand and business objectives

Experience / Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, social media, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing best practices, and social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and cross-functional partners
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights from data
Experience with influencer platforms and affiliate tools (ShopMy, LTK, Aspire, CreatorIQ, etc.) preferred.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute
Passion for beauty, haircare, lifestyle, and social media culture.
Ability to lift and carry products and event materials up to 40 pounds as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annual, based on experience
